SolarWorld is located at the former Komatsu Plant Facility in Hillsboro, Oregon. Oregon Electric Group's scope of work has expanded over the duration of the project to include: new central utility building (CUB), recommission electrical system, IFC, retrofit electrical panels, K3 cell tooling, process chilled water and compressed dry air (PCW/CDA), PGE dispatch power, K4 grower tool install, K4 under floor lighting, and start-up and commissioning of scrubbers.
